"You have unsent messages in your Outbox. Do You want to send now? Yes No. After pressing Yes and reloading and shutting down many times in Windows 7 Windows Live Mail the message keeps coming back. I have looked and most answers are for Windows Mail and Windows Vista. Can someone help Thanks Terry4 people need an answerI do too

In my case there is no message in the outbox, that shows anyway.

The OP is referring to Windows Live Mail. If you are asking about a different e-mail program, tell us what it is.

I had this problem recently.
There was an unsent message in the outbox. On the left hand side of the WLM window there is a list of Folders. Just above the 'Storage Folders' section is the Outbox folder. In my case there was an email in there I had tried to send to an invalid address.
I deleted this email and that fixed the problem.
